Return and cancellation policy
Services
Consulting hours and on-site visits are services rather than physical goods. Fees cover reserved time and preparation. If you cancel with at least two full business days of notice, any prepaid amount can be moved to a new date or refunded minus verifiable third-party costs already incurred.
Late changes
Cancellations inside two business days may forfeit part of the booking fee to cover planning and travel blocks. The studio documents the amount clearly on invoices when that applies.
Deliverables
If a written pack contains a factual error introduced by the studio, corrections are provided without additional charge once notified in writing within fourteen days of delivery.
